Livinus Odinakachukwu Nwosu has reportedly been remanded at Okaka Correctional Center in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, following an alleged assault case dated August 29, 2025.
The issue started after a viral video showed a young girl being str!pp@d, brut@lized, and injured by three girls. Livinus, a Ratel member, brought the case to VDM, who then contacted the Bayelsa State Police PRO, Musa Muhammad. The next day, two suspects were arrested, while one was allegedly left out due to family influence.
Later, the Bayelsa State First Lady, Mrs. Gloria Diri, took custody of the victim and promised her a scholarship up to university level. However, it was alleged that the victim only received โฆ10,000 as compensation, and the scholarship promise was never fulfilled. When it was time for her to proceed to university, calls reportedly went unanswered.
Recently, Livinus called out the First Lady over the unfulfilled promise. Instead, he was invited, taken to court, and remanded the same day in prison .
