Real Madrid Maintain La Liga Lead
Real Madrid maintained their three-point lead at the top of La Liga by coming from behind to defeat Osasuna.

Unai Garcia's diving header put Osasuna ahead after 14 minutes, but two goals in five minutes from Isco and Sergio Ramos gave Real a half-time advantage.

Lucas Vazquez, who replaced Gareth Bale after the Welshman's first start for five games, and fellow substitute Luka Jovic sealed victory late on.

Champions Barcelona beat Real Betis 3-2 later on Sunday to remain in touch.

Osasuna made their positive start count as Garcia headed in from Ruben Garcia's corner, but their good work was undone before half-time as Isco volleyed in from close range and Ramos headed in when unmarked at the back post from a corner.

The result remained in the balance until Vazquez powerfully converted from Karim Benzema's pass, while 22-year-old Jovic emerged from the bench after 87 minutes to add a fourth.

Bale, 30, was withdrawn after 70 minutes in his first appearance since suffering an ankle sprain against Unionistas de Salamanca on 22 January - despite being fit for the past three fixtures.

Fred Luxury £3,500-a-Night Maldives Honeymoon With Private Whirlpool And Slid Into Sea

FRED has gone all out for his second honeymoon with stunning wife Monique Salum.

The Manchester United midfielder has forked out £3,500-a-night for a luxury sea villa in the Maldives.

The Brazilian is enjoying a well-deserved break after he scooped the Player of the Month award in January.

He will return to action when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side go head-to-head with Chelsea on February 17.

But until then, Fred can enjoy everything that his incredible honeymoon has to offer.

The villa comes complete with a huge water slide that connects their villa to the picturesque blue sea.

It also boasts a private beach, whirlpool, sauna, bar and two swimming pools - one indoors and one outside on the terrace.

As three of his team-mates knuckle down at a training camp in Dubai, Fred might decide to take an afternoon nap in one of the sea hammocks.

Holiday goers in the area can also enjoy an outdoor cinema or the telescope viewing point before eating out at the local restaurants.

Monique, who married Fred at a private ceremony in 2018, shared a picture of herself tucking into some crabs for lunch.

Her next snap showed the Brazil international showing off his moves as the pair enjoyed a dip in the pool.

The incredible experience comes at a cost - but luckily Fred pockets a whopping £120,000-per-week in Manchester.

However it's still some way short of the £180,000-a-week yacht which Cristiano Ronaldo rented last summer.

Premier League clubs have voted to change the summer transfer window to bring it in line with the rest of Europe.

For the past two seasons, the window in England has closed the day before the top-flight campaign began.

In a statement, the Premier League said the deadline has been changed to the "traditional point at the end of August/early September".

The 2020 closing date will be 1 September at 17:00 BST.

The vote was taken at a Premier League shareholders' meeting in London on Thursday.

The transfer window was moved to the start of August in England following complaints from clubs and managers that keeping it open after the start of the season was disruptive.

It was hoped major leagues across Europe would also bring their own windows forward.

However, that did not happen and a number of clubs found themselves in the uncomfortable position of knowing their players were in demand across the continent but unable to bring in replacements for anyone they wanted to sell.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has previously voiced support for bringing the closure of the summer transfer window back in line with the rest of Europe.

"I don't care when it closes, but it must close at the same time," he said in September. "They spoke about finishing it before the season starts. Good idea, but only England did it. That makes no sense. It was a good idea but it didn't work out."
