How I look at people who think you can resume xes before 6weeks just because you had your baby through cs.

In their mind nothing happened to your toto so it’s not wrong when you resume earlier than other women as a cs mum

I also learnt some people choose to birth through cs because they don’t want to tamper with their kpekus..hmmm.

I have tested Cs and I tell you some anticipations are not valid.
And For xes, I resume it when am both physically,mentally and emotionally ready for it irrespective of the method of delivery I used..But in everything,waiting for 6weeks postpartum before resuming general duty is necessary not only about xes.

Try to access your body before taking any decision after childbirth.

Since I gave birth to the twins they have not developed any diaper rash and I believe this is the secret.

I apply this on their boms after every diaper change or after bathing… the area has been smooth and looks beautiful.

Was it painful on your first time?

We listen we don't judge...how long did you wait before resuming your daddy and mummy janglover after childbirth and did you notice anything like pain on the first attempt or everything went well.

My 1st baby I had episiotomy,I resumed exactly on the 6th week night but e sweet and pain me...the pain pass the sweetness..I had to extend to heal better after testing..For my second baby I had 4th degree perineal tear because my baby weight was on the high side..I waited over 3months before resuming and I felt no pain on resumption.

Why women suffer pile(Hemorrhoids) during pregnancy.

When a woman is pregnant.. Hormones cause their veins to relax thereby exposing them to having pile.😔

Among many causes of pile pregnancy is one of the leading cause of Hemorrhoids.. Some may go after childbirth but some may persist or resurface after several years.😕

If you have pile(Hemorrhoids) it may cause serious itching, pains, swelling around your anus.😥

During pregnancy avoid sitting for too long in the toilet.. Avoid lifting heavy loads and eat lots of fruits and vegetables to prevent constipation which may increase the risk of suffering from pile.

Treatment for pile is mainly preventive as surgery is usually the last phase of treatment except for the resent ointment I discovered that has been giving many people a serious healing...Though the ointment is hard to get as it is produced in another country.. But I have managed to get the contacts of the producers.. And many people from MMI have benefitted from it.

In all I will advise you to prevent it as Hemorrhoids is a very challenging situation.
