He is an Accountant.

Fubara, in his very early 40s, was given an unprecedented accelerated promotion in Rivers State civil service, so much that his peers were so angry and insulted Wike in their closets (as they could not complain publicly).
Who did it? Wike!

Fubara was catapulted from Level 14 and made a Permanent Secretary, on Level 17, within 2 years!
Who did it? Wike!

Fubara became the Accountant of Rivers State Government House.
Who did it? Wike!

In the run up to the Rivers State 2023 governorship election, Fubara was declared wanted by EFCC, in a case of massive withdrawal of billions of Naira, in cash, from the account of Rivers State Government House, using vouchers Fubara signed as Accountant of Government House. Fubara went underground, he was kept in 'safe houses' in Port Harcourt and Abuja until he was elected as Governor, and was subsequently confered with immunity from prosecution.
Who did it? Wike!

When he was being given undeserved elevation and protection, he didn't see Wike as a 'demanding godfather' at the time! Ingrate! He should stew in his own juice!
