Promise Adiele, PhD, is of the Department of English, Mountain Top University, Ogun State, Nigeria. He maintains a weekly column in The News magazine where he x-rays Nigeria’s multilayered issues, from politics, corruption, class conflict, and various aspects of social decay.
He has also written weekly for The Sun Newspaper; Daily Times Nigeria, and The Trumpet Newspaper. He was formerly a member of the Daily Times Editorial Board and is presently a member of the Sun Newspaper Editorial Board. He is a distinguished member of the Literary Scholars Association of Nigeria.
