🔥 ERDOĞAN: STOP CALLING TERRORISM “LIBERATION”
Enough with the excuses.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has declared that Hamas is not a terrorist organization, describing it instead as a liberation group and “mujahideen.”
That deserves unequivocal condemnation.
Hamas is not a liberation movement. It is a terrorist organization.
October 7 was not liberation.
Massacring civilians was not liberation.
Taking men, women and children hostage was not liberation.
Terrorizing families was not liberation.
Calling terrorists “mujahideen” does not cleanse their crimes. It only gives terrorism a religious and political costume.
And Erdoğan is not speaking as the ruler of an isolated state.
He leads Turkey, a member of NATO.
Think about the contradiction.
Turkey benefits from membership in an alliance created for collective security while its president publicly legitimizes Hamas, an organization designated as terrorist by the United States and European Union.
So NATO needs to stop pretending this is merely another diplomatic disagreement.
How far can a NATO leader go in defending and legitimizing terrorism before the alliance says: ENOUGH?
And I say this clearly as a Muslim:
Do not use my religion to sanitize terrorism.
Do not call the murder of Jews “jihad.”
Do not call terrorism “resistance.”
Do not call terrorists “liberators” because their victims happen to be Israeli.
That double standard is morally bankrupt.
If ISIS had carried out the same atrocities, Western leaders would never tolerate anyone celebrating its killers as “liberators.”
Jewish blood deserves the same moral clarity.
Erdoğan can criticize Israel all he wants. That is politics.
But legitimizing Hamas after October 7 crosses a completely different line.
The democratic world should stop whispering about that contradiction.
NATO must confront Erdoğan directly.
An alliance means more than flags, meetings and military agreements.
It must mean something.
TERRORISM IS TERRORISM.
HAMAS IS HAMAS.
AND OCTOBER 7 WAS NOT LIBERATION.
No excuses.
No euphemisms.
No double standards.
