After watching Peter Psquare’s Part 8 to the end, here’s my painful submission: sometimes, loving someone deeply and trusting them can make you overlook things you probably shouldn’t.

Peter’s love and trust for his twin brother seemed so deep that he ignored—or simply refused to believe—certain attitudes and behaviours around him.

A good heart can become its own weakness when it refuses to accept that the people you love are capable of hurting you. Omo, ehh! 💔

‎Sadly, in Nigeria today, vote-buying has become deeply embedded in our electoral culture. We can condemn it—and we should—but pretending it doesn’t exist or undermining its effect is suicidal.
