Let's talk about the kind of friends you must avoid

Something happened in this year BBN, what happened actually is that they're suppose to be 30 but eventually it happens they are 29 because one of them could not make it to the house just because his manipulative and terrible friend used a f@ke account to post him on one of the social media platform before the said day which is against the rules of the show.

What I'm trying to point out here is that in life the most powerful and reasonable thing you can do to reach your desired destination is to zip up your mouth.

Always be conscious of the people you share your wins, success and victories with. Not everyone that smiles and call you friend are truly your friend.

Some are there to monitor, m@nipulate and bring you down whenever they see you succeeding.

Not everyone deserves to know you have arrived. Know who you call your friend.

Let's analyse the Match between Super falcon of Nigeria and Atlas Lioness of Morocco as it relates to what happens in most of us if not majority of us here.

At the first half of the Match Super falcon of Nigeria was down with 2 and Morocco is above 2 that's to tell you that in life when you see your mate winning and you are not, every steps and attempt you make looks like a mess and life is winning you 2-0 at first half. My dear listen, don't ever you give up, people around might call you all sort of names, they might wrote you off but always know there's always a come back to restart your game pattern.

Your Referee is God the ultimate game planner, He sees what humans don't see, so pray but don't ever you give up. If you need a rest after the first half my dear rest but don't quit because people are still watching you, some are waiting to celebrate you why others are waiting to móck* you

Don't give them any response, overlook their noise, stay focused and keep believing in God and yourself. You're almost at your target so don't relax. Remember to always celebrate your small wins.... Clap👏👏 for yourself and keep shoot with your sincere energy.

Always know that the second half will grace you with 3-2 as it does to Super falcon of Nigeria but never forget to show gratitude to those who believed in you during the first half.

Always remember that the comeback is always louder than the setback. One ❤

The sodium and gluten content in noodles is also in pasta, there's no different between the two.

You claim you don't take bread but soda and you are 5and6, who are you deceiving?

You avoids salty condiments/spicy but you will pack 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 seasoning cube and above in your pot of food.

You claim to be living healthy but you don't joke with some refined carbs and fries🍟🍟. You are the chairman when it comes to sweetened juice and chips.
