8 STATES IN NIGERIA THAT OFFERS ATTRACTIVE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT.

In Nigeria today there are states that helps traders do well in their businesses. If you are the type that wants to change environment and your aim is to start up a business when you arrived there, the 8 states listed below should be in your mind

1. Lagos: Lagos is the commercial capital of Nigeria and has the fifth largest economy in Africa, Lagos is the economic hub of Nigeria, contributing over 30℅ of the Nations GDP and accounting for 90℅ of foreign trade flow. Lagos combines large and diverse market, infrastructure and industries. Lagos is a state that can help any business flourish perfectly because of the population there.

2. Kano: Kano is in Northern Nigeria. Kano serves as commercial and industrial hub, very good in manufacturing, trading and agriculture.

3. Anambra:Onitsha in Anambra has the biggest single market in both Nigeria and west Africa as a whole. Anambra is a key player in trade, commerce and manufacturing. Any business here will sell itself perfectly, so it's a good area to start up a business... Always busy and that's what matters in business.

4. Kaduna: The state is ranked Nigeria third largest consumers market as it provides goods and services across all sectors. Kaduna is the second most business friendly state in the North.

5 Abia: Abia is a state for its business ingenuity, several local manufacturing projects going on.

6. Abuja: Abuja attracts both local and international investors with improved security and government funding initiatives. Abuja is experiencing rapid economic expansion especially in government contracting, education and health care.

7. Ogun: Ogun is the leading state for manufacturing, with a large number of firms operating industries clusters.

8. Akwa Ibom:It is a developing state with a business friendly government and industrial sector, Tourism and hospitality . Akwa Ibom is an oil producing state which makes business easy and fast.

So the above states is where you should always think when planning to start up a good business that requires good income.

60 years love story of this couple will make you think marriage in every day of your life

Let me share the story with you
The man's name is Innocent Uwakwe and the wife's name is Mercy Uloaku Uwakwe, when they meet newly as teenagers the woman was still schooling as at then while the man was a kind of being into football planning to leave the country anytime in order to complete his education.

It happened that the very first day he saw her, he loved her and in return she loved him too so along the line the woman realized that her younger brother has known Mr Innocent for long and the brother testifies to her that he is a good man.

Not quite too long Mr Innocent got his visa to travel out the country to complete his education but he was afraid of losing Mrs Mercy but when this was happening, Mr Innocent has not bring anything to the parent of the lady that shows that he's interesting in their daughter. So Mrs Mercy advised him to do small thing at least the parent will be assured that their daughter has been taken.

So when Mr Innocent left the country, many people were advising Mrs Mercy to leave the man and marry another person that the man will never come back to her. So many advice were coming her way but Mr Innocent keep on assuring her that he will never leave/ abandon her.

To cut the long story short, she later moved over to England immediately after she finishes her education to be with her man and they both built a good home together.

Moral of their story
1. I learnt that love and trust is what makes a good home

2. Be truthful and honest always, don't be part of those whom their actions are different from their words, your yes must be a yes and your No should also be your No.

3. Don't allow side talk, advicers destroy your home or marriage.

4. Respect, as a woman it's your duty to respect your man and abide by his words, rules, know what he likes and what he dislikes likewise the man

5. You must be wise, when you're wise as a woman and implement it in a good way.... you have a sweet lasting home.

6. As a man don't always show and act that you're the head thereby treating your wife as a nobody or sl@ve.

7. A good lasting, loving and peaceful home is a team work that the both partners must work together to achieve.

Yesterday, a customer entered FCMB branch at Secretariat and went straight to the restroom. After locking himself inside, he climbed into the ceiling and hid there until all staff had left for the day. Once the bank was empty, he came down and attempted to hack into the systems. He also locked himself inside the office.

This morning, when staff arrived, they noticed the office door was locked from the inside. Forced to break it open, they discovered signs of intrusion—including evidence that someone had been hiding in the ceiling. Upon powering on their computers, they were met with a suspicious message: “Restarting, click OK to accept.”

The other day I went to buy pear from one corn seller like that, as in that was my first time of trying to taste pear this year and this how it goes

Me: madam how much is your pear

Madam: one ₦200, three ₦500

Me: because of what

Madam: the pear is big and e sweet well well

Me: unto say what, why on earth will you tell me one pear is #200 as in I will take 200₦ buy one pear

Madam: is it when you dîè you will eat your money

Me: madam if buying one pear is what shows I'm eating my money then I don't want to.

Me: keep the pear for the next buyer.

🤣🤣🤣 I just move oooo, how on earth will you tell me one is ₦200, not like I'm in a state where the pear scarce or something like that.
