Following the resignations of the NFF President, Executive Committee members and General Secretary, no further steps or decisions should be taken regarding the election.

FIFA and CAF will conduct a legal, governance, administrative and electoral assessment, with a joint mission expected in Abuja to meet NFF officials, electoral bodies, NFF members and Nigerian government representatives, including the NSC.
