Thank You for carrying me through this day —
for every breath, every moment, even the ones I did not understand.

I lay down the weight of my worries,
the questions that linger, the pain I don’t yet have words for.
You see it all. You hold it all.

If I’ve hurt anyone today, forgive me.
If I’ve been hurt, help me to release it into Your hands.

Wrap my mind in peace,
settle my heart with Your nearness,
and guard my rest with Your presence.

May Your grace be the last thought in my mind tonight,
and Your mercy the first light in my morning.
