If the Lord permits I'll have to write a book on MANIPULATORS.

It's really becoming more than a thing in our age and time.

For example, how a person can call you unprintable names, spread absolutely wrong thoughts about you, and when you tell the person what he or she is doing is wrong, they will say it's because you're proud, that's why you are not listening.

To a manipulator, you're always the problem...
..That's why they use tools like blackmail, gaslighting, especially when they THINK they have a vantage position over you one way or another.

Just note, anyone who wants to drown your voice at all cost, and will throw anything at you, including the "kitchen sink", just to achieve that, is a chronic manipulator.

Even if that person has to mock your faith, anything whatsoever, they will do to keep you "under their control."

It's the same principle the Bible talked about in:
JAMES 3:3 (NLT)
"We can make a large horse go wherever we want by means of a small bit in its mouth."

JAMES 3:3 (NIV)
"When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal."

Once you keep the bit on the horses mouth, you can ride it whenever you so desire.

A manipulator is that controller who wants you silenced at all cost.

It is a sorry state.

And it is a soul defect.

That person should seek God chronically, to get delivered, because the repercussions of a manipulative spirit is quite bitter!

Those manipulations you're planning against your colleagues and co, put them on reverse now.

He/She who has an ear should hear.

Someone brought some issues to me some time ago, about how someone was misbehaving.

And I said to the person, "The sad thing is NOT that this person does not listen. The sad thing actually, is that this person DOES NOT HAVE ANYBODY that can tell him to listen."

When you don't have higher authority in your life that can speak to you and tell you STOP, and you stop, but you want to lead others, your case is already settled in the judgment court of rebellion.

Praying for someone doesn't necessarily mean they will change by your prayers. It may take God leading them to a place to deeper lessons of life to be converted. There's usually no other way to deal with "hardness of heart".

The destiny of a child is not much determined by how advanced the hospital he was given birth to was, or how learned the physician who took the delivery was.

But by the grace of the God who put him or her in the womb and sent forth.

May God's grace keep being sufficient for us.

TRUE STORY!

A Pastor was called up by a Church member that he was been detained in the police cell.

The Pastor rushed to the police station, and realized the Church member was detained because of a traffic offence he had committed while he was in a hurry to meet up with his wife who just gave birth at the hospital, and needed some items.

The Pastor tried all his best to plead and explain to the police officers to release him because of the emergency at hand. But it all fell on deaf ears. They said until they produce XYZ they wouldn't release him.

The Pastor then said, "Okay, if you think he will run away, release him and put me in the cell." 😳

The police officer who was in charge of the brothers case looked at the Pastor and said, "What did you say Sir?" The Pastor repeated himself, "Since you think if you release him he will run away, put me in the cell and let him go and meet his wife."

The police were so shocked that they released the brother immediately and asked both him and his Pastor to go. They said, "We have never seen a Pastor like this before. Ahhh!!!"

Few years down the line, this same brother and his wife became inconsistent in the Church and left the Church.

The Pastor and his wife were wondering and worried, and went to visit them at home. "Brother what happened? We've not been seeing you and your wife in Church. Hope you are okay?"

The brother then explained to them that they left the Church because of the Pastor. He said "Their anointing was LOW." 😳😳.

I mean, like he couldn't find another reason. He said it straight to their face, "Your anointing is low, that's why we left the Church."

Yes, the same Pastor that said, "Arrest me and let him go."

🚶🚶🚶

If you want to hear the REAL Church hurt, speak to Pastors and not the members, or to any Man of God and not to the people they lead...The hurts and wounds that Men of God pass through on the people they are "dying for" cannot be said with words at times.

Men change.
Humans are insatiable.
Feelings flicker.

Only God is constant.

As a Man Of God, never ever put your trust in humans!

If you are serving people wholeheartedly, never think they will give that energy back to you now or forever.

Don't shoot yourself in the leg!

Stop assuming all is well with people because they're well dressed, smiling, using lipstick, barbing punk & even giving advises. Someone can be posing with iPhone they bought with their money yet they don't have a drop of food at home. And you're saying, "God when?" You that still has half bag of Garri for house.

Why is it that when someone says, "The gospel is simple", if you hear them explain that same gospel, they try to complicate the whole thing by their "over-simplification". The simple thing actually, is that you cannot edit God's word successfully. No matter who you are!

If you're thinking about the assurance of the voice of God, first remember how the voice of the devil comes as thoughts that brings you fear;

When you feel a sudden pain on your back, and that voice tells you that's an organ failure. It was only a bad sleeping or sitting posture that led to that pain, but he wants to shove fear down your throat at all cost. When someone close to you temporarily falls ill and the enemy whispers, reminding you of how someone with a lesser illness died a few years back. And you literally have to jerk yourself out of fear into speaking the Word of God against those negative thoughts.

On the other hand, aside from God's voice bringing you peace, it stirs up faith in you. That joy you have when He reminds you of your God-given dream, and you jump out of your bed to write the inspiration he just dropped in your spirit at that moment. That spirit of possibility that comes upon you, brightens you up and sends joy into your heart. That is the voice of God. It brings faith not fear!

In MATTHEW 14, when Peter and the other disciples saw Jesus walking on water in the midst of a storm. Peter sought the voice of God, "If that's you tell me to come." And at the voice of Jesus, "Come", faith was delivered into his heart and he did what he would have never tried naturally; He stepped on water, moreso a raging body of water. He walked perhaps about half way until he looked away from the voice of God, that initial inspiration, Jesus. And then another voice began to speak to him - the voice of fear, and he began to sink.

Whenever you are in a situation that seems tough, unrelenting, strong, chaotic, any boisterous wind of some sort. Or it could be you trying to "crack the code" of your vision. And you hear the voice that builds your faith. That is your Kairos moment to "walk on water". That is your open door to step out a little much further out your comfort zone and take the leap of faith.

But do not forget; don't take your eyes from the One who told you "COME".

PHILIPPIANS 1:6 says, "Being confident of this very thing, that He which has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:"

God always sends you help, sends you counsel. Recognizing them is another thing. Having a steady heart to accept instead of been full of your own ways leading to destruction. Learn to pause and think before leaping. Take account of all the people who came your way & the things they said even when you never discussed that issue with them. The voice of God can be in the midst of those words. Always keep a quiet spirit.
