I went to buy Shawarma from a stall and I was irritated at the way this guy attended to me. He was initially angry at the way his boss spoke to him and then he decided to transfer this anger at me.

I only asked him a question, “Is Chicken Shawarma still available? Because I can only see an option for just beef”. He looked at me and said nothing; I asked him again thinking he didn’t hear me the first, this time around he didn’t even look at me or answer.

Until I queried him for ignoring and he then answered and said; “are you blind, can’t you see chicken by the other side?” Oh waoh! I was in extreme shock! Just because I wanted to buy shawarma?

I didn’t see the need to exchange words, so I just walked away quietly and was hearing other customers scolding him that I only asked a question.

He got away with this attitude but this will never make me go back there, he lost a customer and several others as I would also tell my friend to tell my friend to tell my friend not to buy shawarma at that spot.

Customer service is getting worse and unbearable in Nigeria and we shouldn’t accept this! There should be a change! Now the change has come!
