Let me tell you a short story 👇🏽
I’ve only known one thing since I was old enough to dream — creating. I’ve walked this journey with passion, guided myself through trial and triumph, worked with amazing people, and faced doors that shut in my face when I needed them open the most.
Through it all, one thing remains constant — no one can deny my gift. I am SPECIAL. 🙏🏽
But talent alone isn’t enough. To eat the bread of success, you must become more. You must become a product.
I started as a musician, grew into managing and developing brands, packaging tours and events, building PR campaigns, and so much more. I’ve done it all — yet something was missing. Either I didn’t feel enough… or they made me feel like I wasn’t worth enough.
Luckily, I was raised with love and audacity, so I never broke under pressure. Instead, I went searching for purpose — and that search birthed Take Over Management Company (TakeOver MGT). ❤️
Dear Young Creative,
Talent is a blessing, but it’s not the destination. You must turn your talent into a product — that’s how you attract money, respect, and power. That’s how you build value that speaks when you don’t have to. We must align that Africa’s biggest problem is too many talents but less products.
TakeOver MGT will be 10 years old in two years 🎉 — and we’re finally launching our first in-house project after years of building for others.
