One thing many people don’t know about Cerebral Palsy is that it doesn’t only affect movement.
Some children with CP can also experience:
difficulty processing sounds or words,
challenges with sleep,
pain from tight muscles,
vision or feeding difficulties,
and even emotional frustration because their body can’t always do what their mind wants.

3 Facts About Cerebral Palsy 💚
Cerebral palsy is one of the most misunderstood conditions, so here are a few important facts:
It is caused by damage to the developing brain, often before or during birth.
It affects movement, coordination, and posture—but every child is different.
It is not a disease you can “catch,” and it does not define a child’s intelligence or worth.
Children with CP are strong, capable, and full of potential. Awareness helps us create a more inclusive and understanding world for them.
💚 Different does not mean less.
