Call Rep job in Iju Road, Lagos[Interview holds onsite]
We are hiring for an e-commerce company at Iju Road.
The job tag is 'Call Center Rep'. Below is the job description:
1. When a customer placed an order online for the company's product, you call the customer to confirm his or her orders and when they want to receive it.
2. Then you forward the customer details to the logistics team for delivery and follow up on the logistics team until they deliver it to the customer.
The company does payment on delivery. The customer only pay when they receive the goods the ordered.
3. You will use the company's CRM tool to store the confirmation status of those you called and schedule their delivery days.
4. Should in case a customer is not available to receive his goods or pick his calls, we call that lost sales. You will follow up on them.
Note: We will train you on how to call customers, how to use the CRM and on every other thing you don't understand about the job description.

Now let's talk about your pay and the working hours.
1. The company will pay you N75,000 per month for calling the customers that placed an order (Level 2 staff earn N120,000 as base salary).
2. If the customers eventually buys the products, the company will pay you an extra commission per delivered product [if you do a good job, you can make an extra N200,000 from this]
This means that if you do your job alone, the salary is N75,000 but if your job leads to results, you will earn far far more.
This is an office work not a field-sales job. You work 8am to 5pm in the office [with one hour break in-between]
Working Hours: Five Days a week with one day off (Monday to Saturday)
The odd day is rotated.
