As September begins, I wanted to throw it back to last month at the MarkHack 4.0 Startup Incubation Program, where I facilitated a session on Revenue Management & Optimization for startups in the Sales & Marketing module.
Sharing with founders on how to refine their products, strengthen marketing strategies, and unlock growth potential was such an honor.
But here’s the honest truth, August was also one of the hardest months for me as Head of Growth😆
Revenue didn’t come easy.
Between tough economic realities, sudden market shifts, and evolving customer behavior, I found myself right in the thick of the same challenges I was advising startups on.
And that’s the beauty (and irony) of this journey: whether you’re just starting out or already leading at scale, we’re all constantly learning, adapting, and evolving. Business will always test us, but it’s also in those moments of stretch that we sharpen our strategies and deepen our impact. 💡
I’m grateful for the opportunity to pour into others while also being reminded that leadership isn’t about having it all figured out, it’s about staying open, resilient, and committed to creating value that lasts. 🚀✨
