Lifemaxxing.
I’m so used to training hard, working nonstop, and staying locked in that taking a real break almost feels uncomfortable even though it was just what I needed.
The gym, my health, my discipline, and my work are a huge part of who I am, so stepping away from all of it is never easy. But even the most dedicated version of yourself needs time to recover, eat, rest, reset, and actually live a little. 🌴✈️
This was a much needed break. No guilt, no overthinking, no tracking, just giving my body and mind what they needed.
Now it’s time to lock back in. 💪🏻
