The Mindset boost is a Life transforming book, That as helped alot of people to change their Mindset, and to also be on the right track, they are over thousands of testimonies about this book, which is very easy to read and understand.
While reading I have learnt about some educative things I could like you to know:
1.Embracing challenge
2.Persistent
3.Learning from failure
3. self awareness
4. I learnt about two types of mindset which is fixed mindset and growth mindset
Apart from learnings they are some other things I had to stop which is my negative mindset , Mindset boost as really helped me in that aspect
Which are:
Fear mindset
Scarcity mindset: Thinking they are limited resources
Perfectionist mindset: dwelling on your mistakes
Comparative mindset:
Comparing yourself with other people who are making it than you
Lastly I have come to understand that the kind of environment we live in , friends we keep affect or influence our Mindset, but one thing I know is when we have a good mentor who can guide us well we can have the right mindset.
