In my creative journey I have gotten the opportunity to meet with people who has so much resilient, passion, energy on the job plus the charisma they imply to walk tall pushing their entrepreneurial business. Has one way or the other made me pick the part of it that will do better in my sojourn. Though some of this people has their different shade of leadership I mean there are different approaches how this individual rule their world and space.

Some will correct you like a mama love while the other will yell it like the mad teacher, the one that yell doesn't make him a bad boss while the other that seems cooler doesn't make him a feeble leader who doesn't know how to control command. Together this individual our unique in their own way, no matter the channel at the end of the day both approaches arrived at the very same junction.

From what I've coined from each boss my goal is to become a leader who not only inspires but also empowers and nurtures my team members. I've decided to create my own niche of a boss; that is to be a leader who lead his subordinate to the fore front while I watch from behind not just to be a boss alone but to 'Be Different'.
