Enemy of double standards
Born not to whisper where others shout,
nor to shout where silence is necessary,
but to ask the questions people are afraid to ask.
He speaks where others hesitate.
He investigates where others look away.
He challenges where others conform.
And when the room says, “Leave it alone,”
he asks, “Why?”

Not appointed by a king.
Not crowned by a palace.
But recognized by struggle
Long may he question.
