Last night, I was laying in bed crying, remembering what my little Zara went through, how we roam just seeking for help all to no avail. I was wondering how many BA kids are in pain,how much sleepless nights mothers have suffered praying, hoping, and taking care of the kid.
I sometimes wish I could change things for everyone and expecially African parents. Where our government careless about babies and lives in general..
To all BA parents, you are seen ,you're loved for proving strong even when you're weak
My prayers are with you all.

My name is Isoken Michelle Enoma,
from Benin City, Edo State.

I am pleading from the depths of my heart for help to save my daughter, Mercy, who was born in 2022 with biliary atresia, a severe infant liver disease. She underwent a liver transplant on May 15th this year, and I was her donor. The surgery was done at Medical Park Hospital in Antalya, Turkey.

We have since returned to Nigeria, but Mercy’s condition has worsened. Her eyes and urine have become yellow again. The doctor has urgently advised that we return to Turkey immediately for another operation.

We have exhausted everything we had on the first transplant. We no longer have the funds for visas, flights, or the medical costs ahead. As a mother, I am terrified. I just want to save my child’s life.

Please, I am begging help us in any way you can. Nothing is too small or too big. Your kindness could give Mercy a chance to live.
