Yes,it can.

Not every agreement has to be written to be valid.
If two people genuinely agree on something and both intend to keep their promises,the law may recognize that agreement.

However transactions which involves buying and selling Land should be in writing to avoid dispute and to meet Legal requirements.

Don't just agree,put it in writing it could save you from future problems.

I have seen cases where a Landlord locks his Tenant out without a court order.

Many people have asked"can a Landlord lock a Tenant out of the apartment without a court order"?

The answer is no,a Landlord is not entitled to lock a tenant out,remove the tenant's belongings, disconnect essential services,or forcibly evicts the tenant without following the legal process.

Even if the Tenant owes rent, or has overstayed the landlord is expected to follow the appropriate legal procedure for recovery of possession.

If someone owes you and later d!es,the money does not automatically disappear

The money may be paid from the deceased person's estate(their asset,money, property,bank account etc) before the remaining money is distributed to heirs.

The executor or administrator, usually settles debt from the estate funds.

But if the deceased left no asset,it may be difficult or impossible to recover the debt.
