"Hey My Good friends!

Let's take a moment to reflect on the good things in our lives. We often focus on what's lacking, but today, I want to talk about the importance of appreciating those who do good to us.

When someone shows us kindness, supports us, or helps us in any way, it's essential that we learn to appreciate them. A simple 'thank you' can go a long way in showing that we value their efforts.

Appreciation is not just about expressing gratitude; it's also about acknowledging the impact that person has had on our lives. When we appreciate others, we:

- Show respect for their time and effort
- Encourage them to continue doing good
- Strengthen our relationships
- Create a positive and supportive community

So, let's make a conscious effort to appreciate those who do good to us. Let's express our gratitude through words, actions, and gestures.

Remember, appreciation is a powerful tool that can transform lives and relationships. Let's use it to make a positive impact on those around us!

Share your own experiences of appreciation and gratitude in the comments below!

(FRIENDS BEWARE 0F FALSE TEACHERS) BUT ALSO [in those days] there arose false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among yourselves, who will subtly and stealthily introduce heretical doctrines (destructive heresies), even denying and disowning the master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction (2 peter 2:1 AMPC)

DO YOU KNOW THE REASON WHY GIRLS WEAR TINY WAIST BEADS?

Before now, I posed this question to myself, but I was unable to determine the cause.

Approximately 18.7% of girls in Nigeria and 47.5% in Africa wear waist beads.

Today, we are going to discover why girls wear waist beads. Waist beads are also referred to as belly beads, waistline beads, or beaded waist chains. Waist beads, being one of the trending fashions in Africa at the moment, are a local African fixture consisting of tiny beads worn around the waist. Despite many people not adopting the idea of ladies putting on waist beads, they have numerous advantages.

In this 21st century, girls wear waist beads for various justifications, and they are:

1. It is a symbol of womanhood, fertility, sensuality, and religious well-being.
2. Fashion: In this current time, waist beads are not worn by only Africans because they adorn whoever wears them.
3. Girls wear waist beads to know if there is any weight loss or gain in their abdomen.
