How Volunteering in Graphic Design Landed Me a Job! 💃💃

I wanted to share an amazing story about how volunteering in graphic design led me to my current job.
But here's the best part: I did it all using my Android smartphone! 🙂↔️That's right, no fancy computer or software needed. Just your phone and creativity.
I was just a qualified chartered accountant, but I had a passion for design. I started volunteering as a graphic designer for a using only my smartphone to create stunning graphics. And that's when everything changed.
Through volunteering, I gained hands-on experience, built my portfolio, and made incredible connections. And guess what? Those connections led me to my current role as a Finance Associate in an energy company!
If I hadn't taken that first step into learning a digital skills and volunteering, I wouldn't be where I am today. So, if you're looking to break into the industry or transition into a new role, consider volunteering. And don't let anyone tell you that you need fancy equipment to get started - just use what you have!
