Nigerian singer Asake st0le lyrics from an upcoming artist's song for his track "MMS" featuring Wizkid. 😱

In 2020, an emerging Nigerian artist named Youngstartalented released a song titled "Vanity" and shared it with a few influencers for promotion. It appears that Asake may have come across this track and decided to copy and paste the lyrics and rhythm into his recent song "MMS" with Wizkid, without contacting the original creator.

This fast-rising artist reached out to us today, providing links to both songs. After listening, we realized his claims were valid—the lyrics, message, and rhythm in Asake's verse are identical to those in YoungstarTalent's song.

YoungstarTalent is currently trying to reach Asake in hopes of a settlement. He says that life has been very tough for him, and compensation from Asake would be a great help.
