We’re turning that leftover tiger nut pulp into soft, healthy Tiger Nut Bread, and here’s the twist — we’re not using an oven. This recipe is baked right inside a pot, so it’s easy, budget-friendly, and perfect for anyone without an oven at home.

✨ Ingredients:

1 cup tiger nut flour

1 cup oat flour

⅓ cup date powder

1 tablespoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

4 raw eggs

½ cup tiger nut milk

2 tablespoons fish oil

Ground peanuts for topping

This bread is healthy, delicious, and completely guilt-free. So the next time you make tiger nut milk, save that pulp and try this recipe!
