1. We accepted the setback
Instead of panicking, we paused, analyzed what happened, and created a clear plan for our brand’s next phase. Slow phase at first but we are getting it right.
2. Rebuilt intentionally
No random content. Every post is now designed to:
• Showcase our expertise (ad fixes, campaign wins, reviews from old clients)
• Teach something actionable (tips, audits, behind-the-scenes)
• Connect emotionally (real stories of client breakthroughs)
3. Leaned into consistency
From early mornings to late nights, we show up almost daily even if it’s just a tip, meme, or client win. That consistency builds trust and growth.
4. Re-engaged old followers
We messaged past leads, shared our relaunch story, asked for support and some showed up again. Community matters. But even though they don’t show up now, focus on what you do so that when they find you, your standard will still be as consistent or better than when you left.
5. Invested in ads again but smarter
With a clear audience, crystal message, and content designed to convert, our ads now cost less and perform better than ever.
