AI COULD CHANGE NIGERIA’S 2027 ELECTIONS

INEC has raised a serious warning about the growing use of Artificial Intelligence to create misleading political content.

AI can make fake videos, audio and images look increasingly convincing — making it harder for people to know what is real and what has been manipulated.

With the 2027 elections approaching, INEC says AI-driven disinformation could threaten public trust in the electoral process.

Imagine receiving a video of a politician saying something… only to discover later that AI created it. 😳

📱 Before sharing political videos in 2027, Nigerians may need to ask one important question:

UBER IS OUT OF NIGERIA 🇳🇬

After 12 years of operating in Nigeria, Uber has officially ended its ride-hailing operations in the country.

The company said the decision followed a review of its business priorities. Its exit comes as Nigeria’s ride-hailing industry continues to deal with rising operating costs, inflation, fuel prices and intense competition.

Uber first launched in Nigeria in 2014, beginning in Lagos before expanding to other cities.

Now the big question is…

Bill Gates is raising concerns about how quickly AI could change the world of work.

In a new essay, the Microsoft co-founder says businesses will have strong financial reasons to replace some workers with increasingly advanced AI systems and robots — potentially affecting both office jobs and physical work.

But Gates believes some jobs should remain firmly “Human Reserved.” These could include roles that depend heavily on empathy, compassion and human judgment, such as caregiving and communicating sensitive medical information.

He is also urging governments to strengthen social safety nets and create new systems to help people adapt as AI becomes more powerful.

The big question is: Will AI mainly create new opportunities, or will it take away more jobs than it creates? 🤔

🚨 ₦7.78 BILLION IN RANSOM — NIGERIA'S SHOCKING KIDNAPPING FIGURES
