Palm oil has dye, vegetable oil is bleached, noodles cause cancer, drinks are fake, rice is rubber, beans have insecticides, vegetables and fruits have chemicals, drugs are substandard, water is contaminated, fish and meat contain chemicals, tomato paste is chemical, seasoning causes cancer, bread has bromate, shawarma and suya are dangerous… 😩
With all these warnings, what exactly should we eat?
The truth is, not every food on this list causes cancer. But contaminated, adulterated, poorly processed, badly stored or excessively consumed foods can expose us to serious health risks, including food poisoning and, in some cases, increased long-term cancer risk. Food poisoning can result from contaminated water, bacteria, viruses, parasites, toxins, poor hygiene and improper storage. Long-term cancer risk can be influenced by several factors, including to***co, alcohol, obesity, certain infections, genetics, environmental exposures and diets high in processed foods.
So, rather than living in fear of food, let’s eat wisely: choose clean and properly prepared foods, wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly, use safe water, avoid visibly spoiled or adulterated products, limit highly processed foods, and buy from trusted sources.
The goal is not to stop eating—it is to eat safely, moderately and wisely. ❤️

Heavenly Father, thank You for every lesson, every blessing , every victory and every challenge that strengthened me, and every blessing You have poured into my life.
