As human who want to live a healthy lifestyle, there are things that should be part of our lifestyle.

To be completely healthy, you need a good lifestyle.

I mean a healthy lifestyle.

Let me show you how.

Don't eat wheat products.

Seed oils and margarine are your worst enemy, flee from them.

Make sweet potatoes and yams your friend, they are complex carbohydrates.

Avoid eating too much rice, little local rice or brown rice is enough.

Take a lot of animal proteins (eggs, fish, fatty meat.

Cook your meal with tallow, coconut or olive oil, they are healthier options.

Fast twice a week.

Eat twice daily.

Exercise regularly.

Have enough quality sleep, a minimum of 8hrs.

Run away from toothpaste that contains fluoride

You need all this to live a healthy lifestyle, no two ways about it.
