Wizkid & Asake’s “Jogodo” closes out August with 77.4 MILLION Spotify streams! 🔥

That number is impressive, but it got me thinking about their previous collaboration, “MMS,” which has already crossed 100 million streams.

So does having more lifetime streams make “MMS” the bigger song, or does “Jogodo’s” performance in 2026 tell a different story?

Watching this young girl speak so confidently during a primary school debate took me back to my younger days.

Her confidence, intelligence and ability to express herself were beautiful to watch. But it also made me ask a painful question:

What happens to this brilliant child when she grows up in today’s Nigeria?

We have so many talented young Nigerians, but the system must create an environment where those talents can flourish.

I blame the government for many of the conditions our youths are forced to face today. We must do better for the generation coming behind us.

Nigeria belongs to them too. 🇳🇬

The situation involving Poco Lee and the allegations currently circulating online is a serious reminder that everyone needs to be careful about their actions and interactions.

For men, especially Nigerian entertainers travelling or working abroad, understand that consent and personal boundaries are extremely important.

One allegation can change everything.

However, we must also remember that an allegation is not the same as a conviction. Reports of Poco Lee’s alleged UK arrest have not been officially confirmed by UK authorities, so let’s avoid rushing to judgment.

My message is simple: respect boundaries, protect yourself, and let the facts speak.
