MY 9-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER JUST GOT HER PERIOD… AND HONESTLY, I AM NOT READY FOR THIS! 😭😭

I still see her as my little baby who wants to cuddle with me, play with her toys, and tell me every little thing that happened during her day. So when she came to me and told me what she noticed, I just stood there for a moment trying to process it. 🥹

I knew this day would eventually come, but I honestly didn’t expect it to come this early. Suddenly, I realized that my little girl is growing up faster than I can handle. 😭❤️

I had to sit her down, explain what was happening, reassure her that there was nothing to be scared or ashamed of, and teach her how to take care of herself during her period.

But after she went to bed, I just sat there thinking, “When did my baby grow up?” 😭
