1. Rosemary Water Rinse

Ingredients:
A soon of dry or fresh rosemary

3 cups of water

Boil the water, add rosemary, and and let it cool.

Let it cool, strain, and pour into a spray bottle.

Spray on scalp and hair daily or use as a final rinse after washing.

Mummy's pls let us try to be taking good care of ourselves, as we are taking care of the kids ....

If possible go for medical check up once in a while,let's us try to be checking our blood and sugar level regularly not until we are sick .let's learn to always take enough fruits ,water,vegetables ,take vitamins and food supplements, rich in zinc and biotin too if we can afford them .

it's not easy but I pray God give us the strength to do so 🙏
So that we can live to watch the kids grow to useful to us and the society .

I prat God will not take us when it's time to reap the fruits or labour

Makes the home feels "safe" for both the kids and the mother ,(free from unnecessary attitude,shout n yell at any slight mistakes)

Children don't just live by toys n goody bags ,they watch those attitude of yours towards their mother and the home .

Scrolling through my gallery and I saw this pictures ..it made me remember the excitement on my kids face when they hear guys come and get dressed we are going for a party or just .Even with the fact that I trained them to be an introvert ,my kids never wanted to be an introvert like their mom .

As a mom of three am not used to taking them out to wherever am going cos of this stress of jumping bike or bus since .so they are used to staying indoor.Whenever mama ( taiwo ) I mean my girl know she's getting dressed ,she would ask me mom are we going out and when I nodded with yes ,you will see that beautiful smile and d excitement on her face ( lol)and papak (Kenny ) that one is just one man mopol , he no wan hear say this cloth looks big on him ,u want to change it to a better one ,he will disagree that he's not pulling it o meaning he's ready for the outing....The kids are funny anyways .

1st picture slide :was when they are dressed and ready to take picture,papak on the other hand was trying to control his p not to wee till I finish taking picture but still yet oga wee for body (lol)y'all can see from d colour change of his shorts.

2nd slide;Was when I said oya hug each other.

3rdslide ;When I said oya its a prank you guys should come and pull your dress ,you can see their change of mood .
Anyways...... I like it when my kids are not wanting to be an introvert like their mom .❤️
