Position: Factory Manager
Company: LuxeDrop Water
Location: Ayekale, Osogbo, Osun State.
Salary: 150k - 250k Naira per month
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc. or HND in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, or Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a NAFDAC-regulated water or beverage plant.
Strong understanding of water treatment processes (Reverse Osmosis, UV, Ozone sterilization).
Excellent leadership, inventory management, troubleshooting skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Job Description:
Maintain total compliance with NAFDAC regulations for food and beverage plants.
Implement daily deep-cleaning protocols for treatment tanks, lines, and factory floors.
Serve as the primary liaison during unexpected or routine regulatory inspection visits.
Meet production quotas for sachet (pure water) and bottled water lines.
Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all factory floor staff.
Create and update Standard Operating Procedures for every machine and station.
Schedule preventative maintenance for reverse osmosis systems, filters, coder, and sealing machines.
Monitor generator runtime and fuel consumption to minimize operational downtime.
Track stock levels of packing films, preforms, caps, labels, and treatment chemicals.
Monitor, record, and minimize material wastage during the blowing and sealing processes.
Align with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure prompt delivery to distributors.
Organize shift rosters for operators, packers, loaders, and technicians.
Conduct quarterly appraisals and address labor discipline issues on the factory floor.
Submit weekly reports detailing production outputs, factory expenses, and resource usage.
