It's Time for Change.

We cannot keep saying "education is the key" while ignoring the hands that hold the keyring.

We must challenge the status quo.

We must ask our leaders, our policymakers, and even ourselves:
When will we start paying teachers not just enough to survive, but enough to inspire?

Because when we empower teachers, we empower the future.

To every young teacher reading this: Don’t lose hope.

You may not be wearing a suit or operate in theatres, but you're the reason those who do, can.

Your impact cannot be erased by salary slips or ignored by failing systems.

The bitter truth is: not yet.

While other professionals are flying abroad for better-paying opportunities, our teachers are stuck battling unpaid salaries, crowded classrooms, and outdated curriculums.

The global demand for quality educators is real, but our system doesn’t position teachers to compete.

No national teaching board with international standing.

No serious investment in continuous development. So how will they scale?

Yet, with the right reforms, we can export teachers like we export oil but cleaner, nobler, and more impactful.

They (teachers) nurture pilots, yet cannot afford a flight. They teach future diplomats, yet struggle with domestic respect.
