The Mind Behind the Wheel: Driving Safely, Building Trust.

At Lagos Bus Services Limited (LBSL), we recognize that safe driving goes beyond skills—it begins with the right mindset. This was the focus of the recently held Lagos State BRT Safety Drivers Training themed “The Mind Behind the Wheel.”

The training, organized by LBSL in collaboration with LAMATA and the Lagos State Safety Commission, provided a vital platform to:

✅ Address captains' fatigue, stress and frustration triggers
✅ Promote discipline, mindfulness and customer-first service
