Dear moms! let’s be honest 😂

what would you do when your baby has not slept all day,

Thereby making you not to lift a pin around the house.😩

Then luckily for you she falls asleep and you layed her normally on the bed to run some chores right?

Now out of mom’s instinct,5 minutes into her sleep,you decided to check on her and boom you saw her in a funny position.

Please what would do at this point?

considering that she would wake up at the slightest of touch 🧐

FEEDING MY TODDLER FEELS LIKE EXERCISE

I give him one spoon...He stands up.Walks around.

Stops to check every noise he hears outside especially when he hears kids playing

If I scold him.

He sits and seem ready to stay still.He wants one spoon again...

And the walks around again
Some days, after feeding for sometime,

I just quietly pack the food because l'm tired of the back and forth

Motherhood is like that.

The other day, I caught myself saying something simple to my son.

"Well done. I am proud of you."

It was only a few words, but the smile on his face stayed with me all day.

And it made me think.

How many of us still remember words spoken to us as children?

The encouraging ones.

The unforgettable ones.

As mothers, we talk to our children every day. We correct them, teach them, and guide them.

But we sometimes forget that our words become their inner voice.

The other day, my son did something that made me laugh. Then it made me think.

And this was something I do all the time. Not something I taught.

Not something I explained. Just something he had seen me do.

That moment reminded me of something.

If you want to see what you look like, look in the mirror.

If you want to see who you are, look at your children.

They are always watching.

The way we talk, react, love, and treat others.

👉Keep meals relaxed

👉Re-offer food later without pressure

Consistency matters more than one meal.

My wife said, "The fact that we argued doesn’t change the fact that I haven’t dropped money for food.”

And said to her, "You're still collecting money? I thought you were still angry.” 😊

Marriage is funny sometimes.

You can be angry with your spouse and still remind them about something important without missing a beat. 😂

The truth is, food must enter the house whether people are smiling or not.

Bills don’t suddenly disappear because two people had a disagreement.

One thing I’ve learned about marriage is that feelings come and go, but responsibilities remain.

You may be upset today, but the family still needs to eat.

And let’s be honest, some arguments are not strong enough to stop women from collecting food money. 😊
