🛑 Honoring A True Leader

My uncle, Prince Afolabi Obadele, is set to receive a chieftaincy title from His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr) Yaya Olawale Obaniyi, Aniyikaye1, the Oludaja of Ajowa Akoko.

Uncle Afolabi is more than just a family member, he is a mentor. His advice and guidance shaped my path and continue to inspire me till today.

I personally remember your wise words when I was in secondary school, that shaped my path and stayed with me till today. Thanks for being a guiding light, Egbon!

🛑 A Call to Rethink the Blue Beret Cap

Why did Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa's campaign group introduce a blue beret cap in our dear Sunshine State? Why not our official colour, what happened to "Orange"? If truly there's nothing behind this 🤔

As citizens, we should be asking: why blue? Orange is our official colour, a symbol of our rich heritage and vibrant culture. We deserve an answer from the Governor on this. We deserve to know why the blue beret cap was chosen and what message it sends about our state's values.

There is a lot to ask about this, and we will continue to ask questions until the reason or reasons are made known to us. We are watching 😱
