Resting in between sets and realizing nobody prepared me for the part where adulthood becomes a full-time subscription service 😭

Pay for the gym.
Buy skincare.
Figure out what to eat.
Show up for your 9–5 or your business.
Create content consistently.
Reply emails.
Stay healthy.
Look good.
Stay sane.
Still show up for my friends, family, and loved ones.

And somehow still smile while doing all of this… all while living in Nigeria 💔

Not trying to be a motivational speaker but one thing the gym has taught me is that some results take time to become visible.

And honestly? Life is like that too.

People laughed at Arsenal for years.
People said Ronaldo was finished.
But they kept showing up anyway.

So if it feels like your hard work is not paying off yet, keep going.
Keep showing up.
Keep growing.

Sometimes progress is happening quietly before the world can see it.

Volunteering because you genuinely want to make an impact will always give you more than you expect.

The opportunities, connections, growth, and experiences that come from being part of something bigger than yourself are honestly endless.

Grateful to and for the opportunity to lead the protocol and registration team. I truly enjoyed every moment and I look forward to doing this again.
