LAKSHMI’S PREGNANCY SECRET IS IN DANGER! 😱❤️
The episode takes a tense turn when Ayush finally comes face-to-face with Neel at the hospital. Without wasting any time, Ayush throws a tray in his direction and manages to catch him. Determined to put an end to Neel’s dangerous plans, Ayush decides to hand him over to the police. However, Neel manages to break free and escape before Ayush can take him into custody.
Meanwhile, Dr. Mehra receives Lakshmi’s medical reports from the compounder. She heads toward the Oberoi family, intending to share the important news that Lakshmi is pregnant. However, before she can reveal the truth, Neel suddenly passes by while Ayush and Shalu are chasing him. The unexpected disturbance prevents Dr. Mehra from announcing Lakshmi’s pregnancy.
Lakshmi takes the reports from the doctor and reveals that she already knows the result is positive. Despite knowing that she is pregnant, Lakshmi remains extremely nervous because she does not want anyone else to discover her secret. She then changes the subject and asks Dr. Mehra to examine Malishka, who has been complaining of stomach pain.
Inside, Lakshmi feels a sense of relief because her pregnancy has not yet been discovered by the family. She quietly thinks about the situation and hopes that Rishi will not find out before she is ready to tell him.
Dr. Mehra later asks Kiran whether she has brought Malishka’s reports. Kiran admits that she accidentally left them on the table. Neelam volunteers to go and collect them.
While retrieving the documents, Neelam notices Lakshmi crying. She picks up the reports without realizing how important one of them is and walks away. A ward boy notices Lakshmi’s emotional state and gives her tissues to wipe her tears.
Rishi and Ayush meet the police and urge them to catch Neel as quickly as possible. They remind the officers that Neel kidnapped Lakshmi and remains a serious threat to her safety.
Neel soon escapes on a motorcycle, and the police immediately pursue him. Rishi and Ayush try to follow the chase, but their plans are interrupted when they discover that their car tyre has been punctured. Rishi suspects that Neel deliberately damaged it to prevent them from catching him. Frustrated by the setback, he contacts Dinesh and asks him to come and repair the vehicle.
Back at the hospital, Shalu notices that Lakshmi is still upset. She asks her what has happened, but Lakshmi avoids the question and insists that everything is fine. Shalu decides not to pressure her and leaves to get some water.
A short while later, Lakshmi learns from the ward boy that Neelam has taken her medical reports. The information immediately worries her because she knows that her pregnancy is written in those reports.
Dr. Mehra examines Malishka while Neelam arrives with the documents. The doctor notices that one of the reports actually belongs to Lakshmi. Malishka becomes curious and tries to see what is written on it, but Neelam quickly stops her and tells her to concentrate on her own medical condition.
Lakshmi arrives at Malishka’s hospital ward looking for Neelam. She politely asks Malishka how she is doing and explains that she came specifically to find Neelam.
Just as Lakshmi is about to speak with Dr. Mehra, the doctor congratulates her. Lakshmi immediately understands what the doctor is referring to and thanks her. Although Lakshmi already knows that her pregnancy test is positive, she is still nervous about the news being revealed in front of everyone.
Dr. Mehra is about to explain further when Lakshmi notices that Malishka is nearby. Lakshmi quickly asks the doctor not to reveal anything about Malishka’s medical condition to her. She explains that there are personal issues within the family and requests that the doctor keep Malishka’s information confidential. Dr. Mehra agrees to respect her request.
Malishka notices how strangely Lakshmi and the doctor are behaving. She becomes suspicious and wonders why Lakshmi appears so preoccupied. She feels that Lakshmi may be hiding something important from the family.
Meanwhile, Anushka angrily confronts Neel after his failed attempt to harm Lakshmi. She cannot believe that he ran away instead of completing his plan. Anushka insults him and tells him that he has become a disappointment.
Neel tries to defend himself, explaining that if he had stayed, the police would have arrested him. Anushka continues attacking him, even calling him the biggest mistake she ever made.
Neel, however, refuses to be defeated. He tells Anushka that his failure is only temporary. He promises that one day he will prove how useful he can be and destroy everything standing in his way.
Anushka demands to know when he will finally take revenge on Lakshmi. Neel assures her that she will not have to wait much longer. He promises that within the week, he will avenge everything Lakshmi has done to them.
Back at the hospital, Neelam becomes worried about the danger Neel poses. Ayush explains that Neel’s conflict with Anushka is separate from the reason he is targeting Lakshmi. He tells Neelam that Neel is after Lakshmi because she repeatedly ruined his plans.
Ayush explains that Neel kidnapped Lakshmi, but because of Lakshmi, he was eventually tracked down. He also explains how Lakshmi played an important role in exposing Anushka’s relationship with Neel and revealing the truth about their deception.
Lakshmi was brave enough to stand against Neel, expose his plans and bring the truth to light. Because of this, Neel now considers her his greatest enemy and wants revenge.
Neelam understands how serious the situation has become and warns everyone to remain careful.
Meanwhile, Malishka becomes increasingly frustrated because Rishi is not giving her the attention she wants. She keeps asking when Rishi will come to see her and why he has not visited her.
Her demands eventually irritate her mom. Malishka mom complains that she has done so much for the hee and sacrificed so much, yet she feels she not doing anything for her.
Kiran tries to explain that she is only concerned about Malishka’s happiness, but Malishka continues to complain. Their emotional argument becomes intense, with Malishka accusing her mom of caring more about Lakshmi than her.
Malishka even compares her mom to lasmkmi aunty concern for Lakshmi with the way Lakshmi’s aunt supports her. This deeply hurts Kiran, who angrily tells Malishka not to compare her with Lakshmi’s aunt.
Eventually, Malishka tells her to leave her alone, insisting that she can take care of herself.
Later, Neelam admits that she is deeply worried about Malishka. She feels that Malishka is under tremendous emotional pressure and believes Rishi is the only person who can calm her.
Kiran therefore asks Rishi to stay with Malishka because she believes his presence will give Malishka peace.
However, Rishi has another concern occupying his mind.
He tells Neelam that he urgently needs to speak to Lakshmi’s doctor because he feels Lakshmi is hiding something from him. Rishi says her behavior at the hospital has been strange, and he wants to know what is really happening with her health.
Ayush agrees with him. He also notices that Lakshmi has been behaving differently and admits that it seems as though she is concealing something from the family.
Rishi then learns that Lakshmi’s reports are with Neelam. He realizes that the report could provide the answer to all his questions.
As Rishi prepares to check the report, Lakshmi realizes that her pregnancy secret is in serious danger.
She desperately needs to stop him.
Just as Rishi is about to read the report, Lakshmi deliberately pretends that she is about to fall. Her sudden movement immediately diverts everyone's attention toward her.
Rishi rushes to help her.
Lakshmi insists that she is fine and explains that her foot simply slipped. Rishi remains concerned, but Lakshmi continues reassuring him that there is nothing wrong with her health.
Shalu then helps take the report away, and everyone focuses on Lakshmi instead of the document.
Lakshmi has successfully prevented Rishi from discovering that she is pregnant — at least for now.
Rishi remains unconvinced. He continues to notice that Lakshmi is nervous and believes there is something she is not telling him.
Lakshmi says she wants to go home and rest. Rishi agrees to take her, while the family continues watching her carefully.
Meanwhile, Malishka is still determined to get Rishi back. She convinces herself that Rishi will eventually return to her and take her back to the Oberoi Mansion.
Someone warns her to accept reality and understand that Rishi may no longer want her. But Malishka refuses to give up. She believes she can manipulate the situation and make Rishi return to her on his own.
The discussion becomes even more intense when the possibility of Rishi discovering that Malishka still wants him is raised. She is warned that a man may not forgive a woman if he believes her heart belongs to someone else.
Malishka, however, refuses to surrender.
Later, Lakshmi has a private conversation with her sister. Her sister notices that something is troubling her and asks whether she is hiding something from everyone.
Lakshmi refuses to reveal the truth. She explains that there is a difference between hiding something and simply not being ready to reveal it. She asks her sister to trust her and promises that there is nothing they need to worry about.
Her sister agrees to trust her, but she can clearly see that Lakshmi is carrying a heavy secret.
Lakshmi then decides to return home and rest instead of going to her aunt’s place. Her sister reassures her that her health is the most important thing and promises not to pressure her for answers.
She tells Lakshmi that whatever she is not ready to share now, she will reveal when the time is right.
Meanwhile, Neel tells Anushka that Ayush will never forgive her.
Instead of giving up, Anushka decides to change her strategy.
She announces that if Ayush will not return to her, she will choose another path — Malishka.
Anushka believes that Malishka can help her get back into the Oberoi family. She plans to manipulate the situation so that Malishka will bring her into the house and welcome her back.
Anushka confidently believes that once she enters the Oberoi Mansion again, the entire Oberoi family will see what she is capable of.
Back at the obrio mansion. Malishka suddenly complains of extreme weakness and says she cannot walk properly.
She notices that Lakshmi is nearby and secretly hopes Lakshmi will see her in that condition. Malishka tells Rishi that she feels weak and cannot stand properly.
She asks Rishi to help her get to her room.
Rishi becomes concerned and moves toward her. Malishka is pleased because she has managed to draw his attention back to herself.
She wants Lakshmi to see Rishi taking care of her.
Malishka then watches Rishi and Lakshmi, imagining that she will eventually have Rishi all to herself.
As Rishi carried Malishkain his arms toward her room, Lakshmi is left behind.
Lakshmi becomes emotional as she watches them.
She remembers the time when Rishi used to carry her in his arms and care for her with love and affection. Those memories break her heart because things between them are no longer the same.
Malishka, meanwhile, feels victorious.
In her mind, Rishi belongs to her and she intends to make sure Lakshmi can never have him again.
The episode ends with Lakshmi quietly carrying the pain of her memories while her pregnancy secret remains hidden. But with Rishi becoming increasingly suspicious and her report almost being exposed, it is only a matter of time before the truth comes out.
