I was supposed to go to the market earlier today, but my body was just telling me, Please rest.

So instead of forcing myself, I listened to my body and took a good 3-hour sleep. And now, look at how I’m glowing! 😍✨.

I’m honestly happy I made that decision because sometimes what our body needs most is REST.

Now, I’m refreshed and ready to head to the market. 🛍️🛒

Sometimes, don’t push yourself too hard—listen to your body. ❤️
