Gratitude is the feeling of appreciation and thankfulness for the good things we receive in life, whether big or small. It involves recognizing kindness, support, opportunities, and blessings from others and from life itself.

Gratitude helps us develop a positive attitude and reminds us that we are not self-sufficient, but depend on the help and goodwill of others.
Practicing gratitude strengthens relationships, encourages humility, and promotes inner peace.

When we express gratitude, we acknowledge effort and sacrifice, which motivates people to continue doing good. It also helps us focus on what we have rather than what we lack, leading to contentment and happiness.

In everyday life, gratitude can be shown through kind words, respectful behavior, and sincere appreciation. By cultivating gratitude, individuals and societies become more compassionate, united, and hopeful.

A grateful heart received more.

This video made me feel so emotional and taught me alot abouts gratitude.

Please take your time and read through this story shared by someone.

Do not try to make money when you have not built DISCIPLINE.

You will think you are good enough, humble or you have self control over some lifestyle, just wait until you touch money.

The moment you start touching money different lifestyle will be introduced to you something you have never imagine before will be normal to you.

Trust me you never can tell where those lifestyle will lead you to.

If you are not even careful enough it will definitely lead you to destruction.

This is a story of a young man of how the money he worked and also pray for leads to his downfall just because he lacks DISCIPLINE.

I used to think I was disciplined. I woke up early, planned my days, saved every little I earned, and stayed away from temptations. For years, I managed my life with structure and control, proud of how far I'd come.

Then money came not just small money, but more than I'd ever handled. It came from a project that finally paid off. At first, I kept the same routine, the same caution. But slowly, things changed. I started spending more, saying “just this once.” I began to buy things I didn’t need, treating myself more often than necessary, and worst of all, I stopped tracking my expenses.

In months, what took years to build started crumbling. I lost focus, missed deadlines, and drowned in distractions money had introduced. I didn’t realize how deeply I had fallen until I found myself broke again not just financially, but mentally and emotionally.

That was my wakeup call.

Money didn't destroy me my lack of discipline after money came did. I had prepared for success in hustle but not in abundance. Now I know true discipline isn’t just in scarcity, it’s in surplus It's easy to stay grounded when you have little the real test is when you have more than enough.

That experience taught me wealth doesn't change a man it reveals him.

Without discipline money is not a gifi it a slow path to destruction.

After getting what you prayed for, pray for DISCIPLINE to keep it and WISDOM to multiply it..

"The only person who can truly love you is the one you see on the mirror "

Before expecting or accepting love from others, you must first learn to love, value and accept your self.

There was a time in my life when I depended heavily on the opinions of others to feel valuable. I constantly sought validation from friends, social media, and even strangers. Whenever I didn’t receive enough praise or attention, I questioned my worth. I was stuck in a cycle of comparing myself with others and always felt I wasn’t good enough.

One day, after losing a few friends, I found myself completely alone. It was hard, but that silence taught me something powerful I had never truly loved myself. I realized I had been pouring from an empty cup.

I began taking small steps. I started journaling, writing down things I appreciated about myself. I set boundaries, said “no” more often, and learned that it’s okay to choose myself first. I invested time in things I loved reading, walking, photography and most importantly, I spoke kindly to myself.

It wasn’t an overnight change, but slowly, I began to feel whole again not because others said I was enough, but because I knew I was. Self love taught me that my value isn’t based on others’ approval or opinions but on my own acceptance.

Now, I’m still growing, still learning, but I carry myself with more grace. Because I finally understand the greatest love I can receive starts within me.

Let talk about the recent situation going on in the country.

I have seen alot of video about the Christian gen0c!de going on in the country right now and the C.A N. Which is the Christians association of nigeria has not come out to speak about it.

Does it mean that there are afra@id to speak up or what, cause the rate at which this things is happening is getting out of hand.

Alot of agenda have been flying around that the reason why the U S president is interested in Nigeria is because of the minerals resources that we have.

But come to think of it how many average Nigerian citizens have benefited from this so called oil that we have.

I know the invasion of the U.S troops will have negative and positive effect but the question is should the Christian gen0c!de continue?

If the government don't want the intervention of the U.S troops there should do the right thing

The level of !nsecurity and k!lling in our dear country is becoming scar^y and something should be done about it.

This is a call for the Nigerian government to sit up and do the right thing.

Our hope are still alive.

I have seen alot of videos and picture of young girls who are s*xua!!y mo!ested and this is getting out of hand..

Just in a few minutes I watch a video of a young man who was putting in gen!t@l org@n in a 3 year old baby's mouth I have to delete it for my ment@l hea@lth

Seeing a young girl who is still growing doesn't mean that she is riped or grape for marriage, these are people whose future are bright and ready to put in more works to see their self grow in a better way.

Se*ual abus* against the girl child is a deep violation not just of her body, but of her innocence, dignity, and trust in the world around her. It leaves emotion@l wounds that often take years to heal, if ever.

Every girl deserves to grow up in safety, to dream freely, and to live without fear. But when happens, justice must speak not in whispers, but in bold, loud action.

Justice for the girl child means:

Holding perpetrators accountable, no matter their statue being rich or p00r
Providing her with emotion@l, medical, and legal support.
Creating safe spaces for her to speak and be believed.
Educating society to protect, not shame her.

Let’s be voices for the voiceless. Let’s defend the rights of every girl to live in dignity. Because protecting the girl child is not just about saving one life it’s about saving the future

I know life can be so tough and unfair, but every little win you made needs to be celebrated.

I will be sharing my story on how i celebrated my little win despite the fact that it was small.

There was a time in my life when everything felt slow like I was putting in effort but nothing big was happening. I was constantly comparing myself to others who seemed to be achieving more, faster. It made me question if I was doing enough or if I was even on the right path.

Then one day, after submitting a small assignment I had worked hard on, I received a simple compliment from my teacher Good work, keep it up. It was small, but it lit something in me. I realized that while I was waiting for a big breakthrough, I was overlooking the small steps that were shaping me.

So I made a decision to start celebrating every little win. When I woke up early and stayed consistent with my reading, I celebrated. When I finished a book, completed a task, or just stayed positive through a hard day I acknowledged it.

This shift in mindset changed everything. I became more grateful, more motivated, and I started enjoying the journey rather than just chasing a destination.

Now, I see that little wins are not little. They're building blocks. And when you learn to celebrate them, you give yourself strength for the bigger victories ahead.

Moral: Every step forward matters. Celebrate it, you self dey try..

Do you feel b@d when people gives you a negat!ve comments about your desire course of study?

How do you feel when people tell you that can't go far just because you pick your choice ?

Here is story of young man who share his experience and victories of how his desire course of study has been of help to him and the society at large.

In his early years of studying Economics at the university, this young man often got strange looks from people when he mentioned his course. Some would say, “So you want to be a banker?” Others assumed he just worked with figures and charts. He usually get frustrated not because of their ignorance, but because they didn’t see the impact economists truly have.

During his NYSC (National Youth Service), he was posted to a local government office where budget meetings were held. The council members would debate over resource allocation, but none of them had a background in economic planning. He quietly observed, then one day, He raised a suggestion based on cost benefit analysis and long-term implications.

They were stunned. He helped them understand how small shifts in spending could improve roads, support agriculture, and create jobs just by applying economic policies. That week, they asked him to join their budget committee.

That moment changed everything for him. It reminded him that economists aren’t just number crunchers. They are policy influencers they forecast inflation, shape tax systems, advise governments, and make tough choices that affect millions.

Just like my HOD ( Head Of Department) will say an error from a doctor can take just one soul, but an error from an economist can k!ll a whole nation.

Which means economist are not people who only worked with figures and charts, this are policy makers and researchers.there also analyse and identify trends.

There also make sure the economic growth and development is in a better shape and position

In essence don't be carried away by people's opinions or negat!ve comments about what you chose to do or study..

Do what is right and also what makes you happy.

what's your thoughts on being in a relationship with out defiling each other?

How do you feel being in a relationship without defiling?

Here's a life experience story about a young man that focuses on being in a relationship without defiling each other.

this young man started dating his partner in his final year at the university. he shared dreams, late night study sessions, and a bond that felt different from anything he known before.

But from the beginning, he made a promise to her partner to honour God and themselves by keeping their relationship pure. It wasn’t always easy. they were young in love, and tempted like anyone else. their friends thought they were strange, some even laughed and said they were too "churchy" or old-fashioned.

But he weren’t doing it for people. he believed that love didn’t need to be proven through s*x. he proved it by respecting each boundaries, being honest, and praying together when things got tough.

There were moments of weakness, moments when it felt easier to give in than to stand firm. But he always reminded himself that love is patient, love is kind it doesn’t pressure or defile. And by God’s grace, he made it through.

Remember purity isn't old fashion.it's a gift you give to each other and to your future..
