This is the time to enjoy it fully, not to take it lightly. When fresh okra shows up like this, make use of it well. Cook it, enjoy it, and don’t hold back. That’s how we do it—when it’s mango season, we enjoy mangoes; when it’s vegetables like this, we do the same. Eat what is in season and enjoy it at its best freshness.

Sometimes I just sit and wonder if Uncle Mark can actually see all the effort some of us put in here. 😅

I show up every day, create content with love, engage genuinely, leave meaningful comments, and support others whenever I can. Yet, sometimes it feels like I'm talking to myself.

Still, I'm grateful for the amazing people who never fail to stop by, engage, encourage, and support me. You may not know it, but your likes, comments, shares, and kind words keep me going.

I’ve been craving fried rice and chicken for over a week now, but my kids have been the reason I kept postponing it. 😂

Whenever I make it, most of them complain because of the vegetables, so I always end up cooking something else for them.

My son, on the other hand, is something else. He’ll pick out all the vegetables, enjoy them, and then abandon the plain rice. Meanwhile, the others don’t even want to touch it at all. 😩

But this time, I’m not looking at anybody’s face. I must satisfy my craving! 😋🍛🍗
