Media personality Eleanya Ucheya has reignited the debate over age documentation in football.

Speaking in a video, he noted that Lionel Messi is still playing at the top level years after facing Mikel Obi and Nigeria's U-20 team at the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship, while many of the Nigerian players from that generation have already retired.

According to Ucheya, "You can claim any age you want, but your body will ultimately reveal the truth."

A Nnewi-based traditional practitioner, Ikechukwu JohnPaul Ezenagu, also known as “Mmuo Mmili Afuluanya,” has been granted bail in the sum of ₦50 million by the Anambra State High Court sitting in Awka, presided over by Justice Jude Obiora.

As part of the bail conditions, the defendant is required to present a surety and deposit the title documents of his residence, which will be forfeited if he fails to appear for trial.
