FROM OIL TO A SOLID BAR .
THE JOURNEY OF SOAP

Many people see a bar of soap and think it is just soap. But behind every solid bar is science, patience, and proper formulation.

Here is what happens before this bar reaches your hands:

1. Oil Selection.
Good soap starts with the right oils. Oils like palm oil and PKO provide hardness, cleansing power, and good lather.

2.The Science – Saponification.
When oils react with caustic soda (NaOH), a chemical reaction called saponification happens.This reaction transforms oil into soap and glycerin, the real cleaning agents.

3. Proper Formulation. A balanced recipe ensures the soap, Cleans well, Is not too harsh on fabrics or skin, Lasts longer during use

4. Molding & CuttingAfter mixing, the soap is poured into molds and allowed to harden before cutting into bars like the ones you see here.

5. Curing & Storage.
Proper curing and storage help the soap become harder, longer-lasting, and more effective.

Good soap is not accidental , it is formulated.
