Most people are unaware that if all Igbos had pushed for Nnamdi Kalu's release, he would have been released.

In the case of Sunday Igboho, the Oduduwa action showed they have no sacrificial lamb or bad son to throw away with the bathwater.

In 2010, I bought a piece of land in FCT and later built a house on it with a lot of hard work and dedication. Before I traveled to Germany in 2015, I handed over the house keys and the documents to my uncle. I told him to move in with his wife and four children so they could live there comfortably and also help take care of the house until i returned to Nigeria.

I trusted him completely bcos he's my family. I believed he would protect and manage my property, as if it were his own while i was away. For many years, I lived with peace of mind that my house was safe under his care. Not for a single moment did i imagine that anything strange or dishonest could ever happen concerning that property.

Recently, I discovered that my house had been listed online and apparently sold and renovated without my knowledge or consent. When I saw this, I felt confused, and worried. bcos I never gave anyone permission to sell or make any decisions about my property.

For the past few days, I have been trying everything possible to reach him. I have not been able to get in touch with him. The whole situation has left me deeply disturbed, and I honestly do not know what to think or what could have possibly happened.

Exactly one year ago, we warned her she was making a mistake. She ignored us and divorced her husband of eight years.

He tried everything to save their marriage; talking, compromising but she was already gone, sleeping at her own apartment most nights.

When he finally gave up and started dating someone younger, she suddenly found her voice. She called him a cheater and divorce him.

We told her to take time to heal. She refused.

I usually buy 10 bags of pure water every month from a woman whose shop is close to my compound.

Yesterday, I went to her shop to buy water and met the supplier delivering bags of pure water to her. Out of curiosity, I asked one of the boys offloading the water how much they sold a bag. He said ₦350 per bag, but this woman sells it for ₦500.

I didn’t say anything. I just bought something else instead of water and left.

Later that evening, I went to another shop directly opposite hers.

“Madam, how much is a bag of pure water?”
“₦400,” she replied.

I said, “Madam, please give me 10 bags.”

She asked her sales boys to help me carry them home, and we had to pass right in front of the first woman’s shop. She saw us.

This morning, I greeted her… she didn’t answer me.
