"I USED TO SELL AKARA AND BREAD AND MADE ₦10M MONTHLY" - GOV UMO ENO REVEALS

Akwa Ibom Governor Umo Eno has revealed that he once ran an akara and bread business where he made up to ₦10 million per month.
He made this known in a statement during the September edition of the Covenant Service held at the Government House in Uyo.
WHAT THE GOVERNOR SAID:

ALSO ANNOUNCED:
Gov Umo Eno also announced the rollout of a ₦1 billion youth empowerment programme that will go to each of the 31 local government areas in Akwa Ibom State.
THE BIGGER CONVERSATION:
From selling akara to running a state — Gov Eno’s story is inspiring a lot of young people. The ₦1bn LGA empowerment is also raising questions about how the funds will be used.
