I believe that the prophetic is not an advantage, it's our advantage. It's the advantage as believers.
But the problem is that we only know how to route the prophetic to meet remote needs.
We are selfish with using the things of the spirit.
Jesus will not turn stone to bread, but he will turn water to wine.
What's the distinction?
Turning stone to bread was for personal need.
Turning water to wine, other people were involved.
That's how to work miracles.
The supernatural should come from you, it should not just be about you.
That's why if you notice in that Mark sixteen, he told you to go into the world and preach the gospel, then he told you to be an actor.
Lay your hands on the sick and they will be well.
You are not the one looking for healing.
So in God's mind, miracle is from us.
Your own portion is not healing, your portion is divine health.
And that thing, there is a technology behind it.
If you look at James five, pardon me I'm scripturizing, he said, if anybody is sick among you, let him call for the elders, let them pray for him, let them anoint him with oil, and the prayer of faith will heal the sick.
He said call for the elders if you are sick, meaning elders don't fall sick.
There is an eighty-four year old man in Nigeria getting stronger everyday.
It's because he's useful.
That God called Moses at eighty and the Bible says at one twenty, his body did not deteriorate.
See, the man was climbing Sinai.
You will have strength to climb the mountain if you want to collect law for others.
But if you are thinking, what I can get, give me, give me, give me, you have short change yourself from God.
God gets things to people that he can get them from.
So he's looking for vessels, not containers.
