25L Liquid Soap Formula - Beginner Friendly
STEP-BY-STEP:
1. Dissolve caustic soda in 2L water in a plastic bucket. Let it cool for 15mins — it gets HOT.
2. Add the mixture of sulphonic acid and texapon slowly while stirring. Mix for 5mins till smooth.
3. Add dissolved soda ash solution. Stir well.
4. Add SLES. Stir till everything blends.
5. Add dissolved salt solution little by little while stirring. You’ll see it thicken.
6. Add color, fragrance, preservative. Stir for 3mins.
7. Top up with the remaining 16L water to make 25L. Stir for 10mins.
8. Cover and rest for 24hrs. It will get thicker overnight.
KEY TIPS:
- Always stir in one direction
- Don’t use metal containers — use plastic
- pH should be 7-8. If it’s too harsh, add a bit more soda ash solution

Mix. Rest 24hrs. Package. Sell.
