Tooth decay happens when bacteria 🦠 in your mouth 👄feed on sugars and produce acids that attack your teeth.
Over time, these acids attacks create holes in your teeth called cavities.
But the good news is that it can be prevented by;
1. Brushing twice daily with fluoride toothpaste
2. Flossing every day
3. Reducing the intake of sugary snacks and drinks
4. Regular visiting to the dentist 🦷
A small cavity can become a problem if ignored
Don't wait for pain before taking action. Prevention is always better than treatment.
